Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Every STARLUXE product is freshly made to order, so please allow 1–3 business days for production before your order ships. Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 3–5 business days within Ireland, 5–10 business days across the EU, and 10–15 business days for the rest of the world. Most orders arrive within about 1–2 weeks.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes — once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.

Where do you ship?

We ship across Ireland, the EU, and to many international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

Will I have to pay customs or duties?

Orders within the EU won't incur extra charges. For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply on arrival and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on items in their original, unused condition. If you're shopping from within the EU, you also have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your order. To start a return, just email us at starluxeskincare@gmail.com.

Can I return an opened product?

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and personal-care products can't be returned. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away and we'll make it right.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes — every STARLUXE product is vegan, cruelty-free, and made in Europe with clean, certified ingredients.

Where are your products made?

All of our formulas are produced in Europe to strict quality and safety standards, using naturally derived, certified ingredients.

I have sensitive skin — can I use STARLUXE?

Our formulas are designed to be gentle, but everyone's skin is different. We always recommend patch-testing a new product first, and you'll find the full ingredient list on every product page. If you have a specific concern or allergy, please check with your doctor or dermatologist.

How do I use the products together?

A simple routine works beautifully: cleanse first, then apply any serums or boosters, and finish with a moisturiser. If you're using a brightening product with kojic acid, always wear SPF during the day, as it can increase sun sensitivity.

Absolutely. Checkout is powered by Shopify's secure, encrypted payment system, and we never see or store your card details.
