RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Under EU consumer law you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at starluxeskincare@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

How to return

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item. Products must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at starluxeskincare@gmail.com with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.
