Free worldwide shipping

STARLUXE Skincare offers free shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum order required.

Production time

Our products are made to order by our EU-based manufacturing partner. Please allow 2 working days for production before your order is dispatched.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Ireland & UK: 2–4 working days

Europe: 3–6 working days

USA & Canada: 7–12 working days

Rest of world: 7–14 working days

These are estimates and may vary during busy periods. During late October through December, please allow additional time due to seasonal demand.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & duties

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local customs charges. These are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
